About the Author
Arnold Mindell, Ph.D., is the author of twenty books including Dreambody (Deep Democracy Exchange, 2011). The Dreammaker's Apprentice (Hampton Roads, 2011), Quantum Mind (Deep Democracy Exchange 2013), and The Shaman’s Body (Harper San Francisco, 1993). He is known throughout the world for his innovative synthesis of dreams and bodywork, Jungian therapy and group process, consciousness, shamanism, quantum physics, and conflict resolution. Greatest book that's so relevant nowadays

We don't need 1 leader to solve all our problems. We need more leaders as martial artists - in every one of us! Thank you Arny Mindell for the attitude, for teaching the skills to be aware and to relate and supporting to remain humane to the self and the other in the midst of all hardships and violence and power-struggles in Ukraine and Russia, in the world.
